Day 13
10.03.2014
Topic: Flashbacks

Every memory rests on the Iris
In layers
They are formed to fit each other
And made for pealing off easily

Make sure you create memories
that you can swallow in the future
Cause you need to digest them well,
To place them back where they belong

Keep your memories close

Keep your enemies as far away
as you can

remember, if you live off your memories and flashbacks
They will eventually run out
Leaving your Iris dry
Thirsting for new exposure

You will not blink for days

Your darkest enemies
Will infiltrate and create
Memories filled with illusions to feed the starved

Then flashbacks turn to nightmares
Undigestible dreams
Of something you believed was true
But does not fit anywhere

Keep your memories close

And keep your future present
Then your flashback will present themselves as you

Yourself

  1. Nicely put. Delivered better than Dr. Phil ever could. Only Buddha said it simpler: “To be aware is to be happy.” But you explained it better. Way to go teach.

    1. ha ha I hope i deliver things better than Dr.Phil do 🙂

      Thanks Kenny

  2. “Make sure you create memories
that you can swallow in the future
Cause you need to digest them well”

Wisdom of an old man in young Mesayah’s heart…
