Blood was heavier than wisdom
So man hunted feathers beyond red
Ferocious eyes penetrated fear
Calm strokes with its wings
Gave the opportunity to man:
Receive the offer or fade
Selfish actions
Saw men arch their bows
And chose flesh over food for thought
The Phoenix flew a couple of strokes
Slowly loosing breath
And left the world to mourn
the killing of knowledge and depth
this is good
